- Tenant applications and lease – We shortlist potential and offers including investigating their references and history and then make a recommendation to you.
- Handover – We prepare condition reports and hand over the property to your new tenants.
- Collect your rent – We collect your rent and pay your outgoings and deposit the balance into your bank account
- Routine inspection – We are allowed to arrange 4 routine inspections by law, and we will arrange the initial inspection 1st month after they move in to ensure everything is in order from the start.
